  • How do I find a suitable job? The job overview lists all current vacancies in the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Group. The over­view can be narrowed down using the filter.
  • Are the jobs displayed up to date? Yes, only jobs for which OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has not yet made a selec­tion decision are published in the job overview. Our job offers are therefore always up to date.
  • I haven’t found a suitable job. What now? We are always looking for moti­vated employees with professional know-how and personality. If you want to become part of our team, apply to us proactively. Just send us an unsolicited application.

  • How do I apply? Applications to OPTIMAL SYSTEMS are submitted via online form. Please send your application directly to the contact person indi­cated in the position. Please include the Job ID (Job ID) from the job descrip­tion in your appli­cation so that we can assign your application quickly. It is also possible to apply via Career Net­works.
  • Which documents are required? Send us your documents as a summa­rized application file (PDF, max. 5 MB) or as separate files. Include your curricu­lum vitae, certi­fi­cates and, if applicable, references. Please give us the earliest starting date and a salary expectation.
  • Who can I contact with questions? Questions regarding the position, the department, the further procedure and OPTIMAL SYSTEMS can be directed to the recruiting team.
  • What happens after the application has been sub­mitted? The responsible department will check your documents as soon as possible. However, it may take one to two weeks to decide which candidates will be shortlisted. In any case, we will inform you whether and, if so, how we will proceed. Contact us at any time for information about the status of your application.
  • What happens to my data? All incoming applications are digitally stored and processed. We comply with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be passed on to third parties. After completion of the appli­cation procedure, the data will be deleted at the latest six months after completion. If your appli­cation is successful, we will transfer your data and documents directly to the digital personnel file.

Your travel expenses

We are happy to take over the booking of your trip as well as the travel costs. Below you will find out under which conditions you can claim costs. These regulations apply both inside and outside Germany.

  • Travelling by train Environmental protection and sustainability are very important to us. We support travel by public transport. We reimburse you for the actual costs incurred for a 2nd class train ticket for the return journey from your place of resi­dence to the place of the interview. For journeys from your place of residence to a long-distance railway station, we also cover the cost of a ticket for public transport. Reimbursement of taxi costs is excluded.
  • If you travel by car We will refund you 30 cents (0.30 €) per kilometre travelled for the outward and return journey on the shortest route, up to a maximum of the cost of a 2nd class bus or train ticket.
  • Arriving by plane It may be necessary to travel by plane under certain circum­stances. We will be happy to check this option on a case-by-case basis. Please check this option with the recruiting team before you book a flight. Unannounced flight costs can unfortunately not be refunded.
  • Overnight stays If the journey to or from the interview is not reasonable on one day, we will also reimburse costs for over­night stays. Please contact us for this; we will then examine the individual case. Unannounced ac­com­mo­dation costs cannot be refunded.   • How does an interview work? If you have awakened our interest, we will invite you to a first conversation. Here we get to know each other personally and you can get an impression of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. Interviews are done face-to-face or via MS teams. Depen­ding on the position and department, we may have a second interview in which we will examine your specialist knowledge in more detail.
  • Do I have to complete a trial day? In addition to the job interview, some specialist departments offer trial working days. These can inspire us with your practical skills and get to know the future team.
